  • Inform us of relevant health conditions, diagnoses, medications and supplements
  • Attend appointments on time
  • Follow up with their healthcare providers where appropriate
  • Take responsibility for decisions made regarding their health
  • Seek appropriate medical care when required

Results cannot be guaranteed, as outcomes depend on multiple factors including adherence, individual physiology, lifestyle factors and circumstances beyond our control.

Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Appointments are not confirmed until payment has been received.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe or other approved payment providers.

All fees are stated in Pounds Sterling (£).

6. CANCELLATION POLICY

Appointments cancelled more than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment may be rescheduled or refunded.

Unless specifically agreed otherwise, each consultation is intended for one individual.

Where multiple family members require assessment, separate appointments may be required.

Laboratory testing services are provided through independent third-party laboratories.

We are not responsible for:

  • Postal delays
  • Courier delays
  • Laboratory delays
  • Sample rejection by laboratories
  • Laboratory processing times
  • Errors made by third-party laboratories

Estimated turnaround times are provided for guidance only and cannot be guaranteed.

10. TEST KIT REFUNDS

Test kits may only be refunded if:

  • The kit has not been ordered or dispatched; or
  • The kit is returned unopened, unused and in resalable condition within 14 days of receipt.

Once a test kit has been ordered from, dispatched by, or paid to a laboratory, it becomes non-refundable.

Once a sample has been collected or submitted for analysis, no refund can be provided.

Where laboratory fees have already been incurred, these costs will be deducted from any refund.

11. CONSULTATION PACKAGES

Packages are valid for the period specified at purchase.

Unused sessions are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Where a package is purchased and partially used, any approved refund will be calculated after deducting consultations already attended at their standard individual rates.

13. SUPPLEMENTS AND THIRD-PARTY PRODUCTS

Where products are recommended through third-party suppliers, the purchase contract exists between the client and the supplier.

Returns, exchanges and refunds remain subject to the supplier’s own policies and procedures.

Nutrition and Homeopathy accepts no responsibility for third-party products, shipping delays or supplier decisions.

14. REFUND POLICY

Consultations

Refunds may be issued where:

  • We are unable to provide the booked service.

Partially completed packages are generally non-refundable. Any exception will be calculated after deducting services already provided at their standard individual rates.

15. COMMUNICATION BETWEEN APPOINTMENTS

Support between appointments is limited to brief administrative matters unless otherwise stated within a specific programme or package.

Complex clinical questions, case reviews, interpretation of new symptoms, supplement changes or extensive follow-up discussions may require a follow-up appointment.
